Very worst.i booked this hotel 4 days before stay and booking confirmed in afternoon I asked confirmation we are coming late to check-in we are on the way.we went there with 4 kids 1 65 years old mother @ 9 pmThey told us pls wait for the room not available.At 10.30 pm they told us the room was not available.The receptionist informed us our manager told us we would cancel the room and send them away.and they not given the room and they told we don't have the rooms what u booked we will provide 1bhk with extra bed with charge of 5765 each room 2 rooms nearly 11500.i booked 2bhk suits 2 @rs 12599.What they r done i don't know.if it's not ok we go from here like that they told us

Great view of the backwaters/lake, restaurant on premise, plenty of parking space.

AC in the hall was not functioning. There was water leak from the AC unit into the hall after the first day.

Away from the town , WiFi not connecting , smart key doesn’t work , Poor customer service !

Very nice location on the back waters. They had a good pool as well. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

Food options in the restaurant could be better. There are not many restaurants or eateries close by.

The rooms were spotless, luxurious and affordable, very well maintained. The lake view was amazing and worth the money. The check in process was handled so smoothly and even though I came in a little earlier, I had no issues during checking in.

No wifi facilities, No customer assistance, No complimentary drinks (tea, coffee etc..)

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- the pool was not clean...greenish water.... later, they cleaned it to an acceptable level.-One of the bathrooms' sinks was leaking from the bottom- there was no wi fi in our floor.

So bad water is flow inside the room and heater is not working and the electricity cut down continuously.

The safe vault was not working even on my 3rd time staying. The intercom was without a dial pad. The restaurant opens only at 8:30 am. They can start serving the tea/ coffee at least from 6 am.

The 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen is ideal for families. Swimming pool and pool table are available for entertainment. A restaurant is also available at the hotel which is very convenient.

Dislikes:a) Apartment cleaning and maintenance was below average. The apartment smelled of mold.b) The exhaust fan in bathroom wasn't working. c) The hot water supply was for few seconds only, probably due some issue with with the mixer tap. d) No Wifi in the room, but only available in the lobby.

Maria at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and efficient! She tried to provide everything we needed. The suites were very spacious and clean. The shared spaces in the hotel (hallways, pool, etc...) could use more attention to cleanliness.

The hot water in the shower would last for about 3 or 4 seconds. Then, you had to turn it off, wait a bit and then get another 3 or 4 seconds of hot water. That really needs to be improved upon.The food at the attached restaurant is mediocre, but the wait staff were kind.

A beautiful spacious apartment with great views. Peaceful location, nice pool. The excellent restaurant was a highlight.

Kitchen could do with more equipment like bowls, cutlery.

Bad

There was a power blackout on the day wr checked in & again on the third day and surprisingly enough the property didn’t have backup. So we had to sit in dark in extreme heat for about an hour or two. To top it all we had to change our room thrice because of poor maintenance. The ac had no cooling & the staff werent helpful. It was two North Indian guys at the reception desk who had no proficiency in Malayalam or English who were hardly of any help.

Swimming pool was clean but only half full, not sure why. Could do with loungers, there were only two. Could be made a lot nicer outside.Lots of plastic and in the water near the pool, wouldn't take a lot to clean this area up

The apartment is a good size with a lovely view of the backwaters from the balcony. Although there is a kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge. There were no utensils or plates. So you couldn’t cook. There is a restaurant which serves very nice food at a reasonable price. The pool looked a little dirty and didn’t have any chairs/beds to sit on. Which was a shame. Overall I would recommend to stay at Baywatch.

Other than the restaurant onsite, there are no other restaurants within walking distance. This is not a problem if you have transport and there is plenty of parking onsite.

Location was nice with an amazing view apartment was very spacious and there was a little shop close by for essentials.

Wasn’t very clean, weird stains on both the curtains and bed clothes. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly and front desk wasn’t great. Overall the property has great potential but it just wasn’t hitting it for us. Safe was broken .

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Very clean and spacious rooms with fantastic view. Great for families. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool which was easy access too.

The Ac was set at 28 . Not cooling . No actions taken after notifying. No coffee tea facilities in the room . Couldn’t find any ironing equipments either.
